Does a warranty come with your services?

Absolutely! We are offering a protection guarantee if the feedback score does not update after seven days. (Which has never happened yet.)

Our protection guarantee allows you to get a full refund in case of the non-functioning of the system. A non-functioning of the system would be a feedback score that continues to decrease despite the purchase of a feedback package deemed sufficient according to your volume.

What are your payment methods?

Since the security and privacy of our customers are important to us, our checkout is powered by Stripe to ensure we offer a safe payment option allowing you to pay with any credit card. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)

Are you providing screenshots of feedback delivered?

Yes we are! Since we are offering a service that cannot be truly verified by you - we provide on request all screenshots of the feedback purchased. This gives you peace of mind and for us, a guarantee that you are satisfied with our services.

Do you offer discounts?

Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts on our one-time packages. Understand that these are determined by demand, quality, as well as the support included with each of the packages.
However, our subscriptions allow you to initially save 5% off up to a maximum of 30% off.

Do I have any risk of bans?

Of course not! Rest assured that we are making sure to carefully follow all of Facebook's policies to make sure we are always within the rules.

Is it possible to cancel my subscription?

Absolutely! Our subscriptions are available without any engagement - you can cancel anytime.

Each subscription starts with a 5% discount on our regular prices, and every two weeks, you get an additional 5% off (up to 30%).

P.S. Every time you want to put on pause your subscription, you lose 5% off from where you were.

How does it work?

The only thing we will need to get our system up and running is an Ad Preview Link (which you will provide at checkout). Therefore, it is by using this link that our base of real active Facebook users will give you your feedback.

How long before I see results?

We deliver all the feedback purchased within a maximum of 7-days. You will then see your score update next Wednesday.

Which package should I take?

It all depends on your current sales volume. You can check out our full pricing page to see our usual suggestion (only available on desktop) for customers doing a similar volume.

Why do you charge a 3.9% fee?

We charge this small percentage to cover the processing fees charged to us by our payment processor. This allows us to continue to offer you a safe payment option.

Can you boost restricted pages?

Unfortunately, we can't boost restricted pages. What you need to do is make an appeal and if it is approved - you can then purchase a package to boost your page.
