Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
You will be eligible for a refund in case of the non-functioning of the system. A non-functioning of the system would be a feedback score that continues to decrease despite the purchase of a feedback package deemed sufficient according to your volume.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where no refund is granted:
* You are choosing a package different than our recommendations.
* You are providing false information (average daily orders, etc.).
* You are requesting a refund past the 7 days warranty.
Refunds (if applicable)
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Processing fees are non-refundable regardless of the situation. These are used to cover the costs of our payment processor.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
